*This page will be updated on an ongoing basis with all pertinent information regarding our taproom and events.

UPDATED: May 7th at 1:00 PM

We’re OPEN to the public and we are thrilled to see all of your smiling faces at Draught Works in the coming days, but before you pop in for a beer, we wanted to remind you that our model of service will be a bit different until the threat of COVID-19 subsides. Listed below are a few hot tips and highlights about what we’re doing differently to keep you and yours safe while under our roof (or on our patio!)

👉 Please wait to be seated. We will now have a hostess posted up in front of our main entryway, and placeholders spaced 6+ apart so that you and your group of 4 or less can wait in confidence.

👉 Our servers will be wearing face masks, thoroughly washing hands before and after each task/duty, and keeping a safe social distance while taking orders, delivering beverages, and taking payment. Please don’t take offense if we politely ask you to make way or step aside. We’ve also added stringent disinfecting protocols for all touchable services throughout the entire taproom.

👉 We have removed half of our seating in the taproom and on the deck, to accomodate for 6-10 feet of spacing between each table, and we’ve opened up our parking lot to allow for additional seating. Sitting at the bar is not allowed under Phase One. PLEASE COME PREPARED FOR THE ELEMENTS if you choose to sit outside, we will NOT be able to reseat you inside if we are at capacity.

👉We are currently offering table service only. Once you are seated, we ask that you please remain in your seat unless you need to use the restroom. As our play area is currently closed, we kindly ask that you keep your children seated with you at your table at all times.

👉 Each table comes equipped with disposable single use menus and pink/green cards that outline our new policies. PLEASE READ THESE CARDS and follow the instructions on them! Reading this information is paramount to making our new system and Phase One as a whole work!

👉 We ask that you please be prepared to pay with a credit or debit card, as that is the most sanitary way for our servers to accept payment.

Thank you so much for being patient with us and our servers while we get the hang of this “new normal”. Stay safe, stay healthy, and please be mindful of others! Continue to reference this page for further updates and more information.

Missoula! As you may know, we have been given the green light to reopen our doors under Phase One as per Gov. Bullock and our own Missoula County Health Department. Though we are thrilled to see all of your smiling faces in the taproom and soaking up the sun on our glorious deck, we wanted to remind you that our model of service will be rather different until the threat of COVID-19 subsides.

UPDATED: March 24th at 12:00 PM

In effort to curtail the spread of COVID-19, last Friday, March 20th, Gov. Steve Bullock announced statewide closures of bars, breweries, gyms, theaters, coffee houses, dine-in restaurants and more effective through Friday, March 27th at 11:59PM. Forcing these common social gathering places to close and encouraging people across the nation to stay at home has proven to be extremely helpful in preventing the spread of the virus from person to person. Unfortunately, we are bracing ourselves for this precautionary closure to last far beyond this Friday.

Though dine-in services are completely shut down for the time being, breweries and restaurants around the state have been working to develop safe sanitary to-go service models so that customers can continue to support the local businesses they know and love during this statewide closure. Draught Works has been working diligently to develop a system for ordering that is safe, seamless, and easy to use and we are hoping to launch this new system beginning Monday, March 30th from 3-7PM. Please stay tuned via social media and this blog post for updates and more information about our ordering system as it becomes available.

Please, continue to reference this page for further updates and more information. We are all so grateful for your continued support and understanding.

UPDATED: March 16th at 3:15PM

In accordance with the Missoula County Health Department’s most recent recommendation, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our community and our staff to close our doors for at least the next week until March 24th.

Please, continue to reference this page for further updates and more information. We are all so grateful for your support and understanding. Consider using this time to foster relationships with your family or roommates and enjoy some fresh flavorful canned Draught Works beer at home.

UPDATED: March 16th at 1:45PM

Draught Works is dedicated to following all CDC and Montana DPHHS recommended practices to keep our community and our staff healthy and safe from the threat of COVID-19. It is our hope that by taking mindful preventative measures we can work together to help flatten the curve in our community and beyond.

MONDAY

As of today, Monday, March 16th we have removed many of our chairs and tables from the Draught Works taproom to allow for and encourage social distancing. Currently we have planned to be OPEN during our normal business hours for pints AND to-go purchases on Monday and Wednesday of this week, and plan to remain open with increased sanitation and limited seating beyond Wednesday for the foreseeable future. We are closely monitoring taproom capacity, and will not hesitate to make additional adjustments as necessary.

TUESDAY

As many of you know, our St. Paddy’s Day Shenanigans was scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17th from 10-8 pm. In effort to limit/discourage the inevitable crowds from gathering we have made the decision to cancel ALL St. Paddy’s festivities. Pints will NOT be available in our taproom on 3/17, however we will be open and offering packaged beer to-go including crowlers, six packs, and *NEW* growlers only from 12-9 pm.In addition to our other seasonal draught offerings we will have the following specialty stouts for sale in crowlers: Gwin Du Oatmeal Stout, The Grinder Coffee Stout, and Whiskey Oaked Gwin Du Oatmeal Stout.

UPDATE: WE WILL NO LONGER be offering our coveted St. Paddy’s Day Shenanigans T-shirts with all to-go orders.

As mentioned above, we will NOT be filling your personal growlers/growlettes unless they are purchased new in our taproom immediately prior to filling. This eliminates any possible cross contamination with the equipment we use to fill growlers and crowlers etc. New glass growlers are available for purchase in our taproom for $4, and crowlers are also available.

We have also cancelled all taproom music as a precaution until otherwise noted.

Please, continue to reference this page for further updates and more information. We are all so grateful for your support and understanding. Consider using this time to foster relationships with your family or roommates and enjoy some fresh flavorful canned Draught Works beer at home.

UPDATED: March 13th at 9:00AM

In consideration of current events concerning COVID-19, Draught Works would like to inform our patrons and community that we are taking this news seriously and have implemented as many preventative measures as possible to protect our patrons, staff and community.

Like always, our staff are required to stay home from work if they show any symptoms of illness. We ask that you, our patrons do the same. If you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness, or have recently been exposed to anyone with an illness, we politely ask that you refrain from visiting our taproom until you feel well again.

At Draught Works, the staff is engaging in formal coronavirus meetings to reaffirm best hygiene practices, establish proper operating procedures, sanitizing of surfaces, and the mandatory rule of being absent with symptoms. We ask that you join us in following the CDCs current recommended steps to prevent illness. We have also added several hand sanitizer stations throughout our taproom and brewery for both staff and patrons.

We are treating this as a time to plan rather than a time to panic. We will be reevaluating and reassessing in real-time in regards to events and taproom safety. We will keep you updated as changes arise.
